In addition to providing a safe working environment for our employees and contractors, Mercuria is
committed to assisting our customers and counterparties in the safe management of commodities.
Clearly communicating accurate information in a timely manner is of paramount importance when it
comes to handling all commodities, especially those which qualify as dangerous goods.
As part of this effort, Mercuria provides Safety Data Sheets (SDS) to our customers and counterparties.
Our SDS comply with the United Nations Globally Harmonized Format which is adopted by almost
all nations worldwide. The purpose of these documents is to provide important health and safety
information about our products and serve as an effective and consistent vehicle for communicating
relevant and necessary hazard information about the commodities being supplied. These documents
are publicly available on Mercuria’s website as well being offered directly with product deliveries.
