• Training for new hires
This training covers the aspects of group presentation, insurance coverage, pension funds, and
relevant group- related material.
• Compliance trainings
Different trainings are given by the compliance team including targeted anti-bribery and corruption
trainings for business partners and market abuse trainings for traders or general new-hire compliance
orientation.
• Health and safety trainings
Specialized HSE trainings are dispensed to assets staff and contractors, as well as newly added
training for office work staff covering a range of topics such as spill prevention and management,
marine issues, basic first aid and CPR, workplace security and management of crisis events.
• IT security trainings
Dispensed on the Security Education Platform of Mercuria, the IT security trainings cover best-practices
related to online security, including cybersecurity and fishing mail recognition.
