STATEMENT
We are proud of the high ethical, environmental and safety standards exhibited by Mercuria employees
and our partners around the world, and we are sincerely grateful to the entire Mercuria community for
continuously and consistently upholding the core values that underpin the success of our businesses.
This report facilitates communication with our stakeholders about our exemplary code of conduct and
our high standards of operations and demonstrates some of the work we are undertaking to further
improve our business practices to positively impact our wider community and the environment.
We will continue to expand and develop our reporting in this area with a focus on further refining our
data so that we can most accurately report against our key metrics.
The wider industry drive towards producing cleaner and more sustainable energy sources is gaining
traction and we are very excited to be at the forefront of this crucial transition. It is a core pillar of our
business strategy and informs our corporate and investment decisions throughout our organisation.
