DIVERSITY & INCLUSION
We are committed to fostering a culture of respect and continually
working to build a diverse, inclusive, and accessible workplace for
all employees.
We believe that a diverse workforce is key to building a
leading company driven by top-performing talent. Our
heterogeneous and diverse workforce reflects Mercuria’s
global mindset and its open and inclusive culture.
Originating from over 70 nationalities and working in over
40 locations, Mercuria’s work-force spans the entire globe
and shows the highly international profile of the company.
With woman comprising around one third of the workforce,
the company has an evolving gender equality ratio, at all
levels, including in managing positions. Gender equality is
an area of focus during our hiring processes around the
world, as we continue to work on other ways to further
improve the balance of this ratio.
Mercuria’s diversity can also be seen from the company’s
